Rumbit Trading provides a platform for the exchange of gift cards, cryptocurrencies, and other digital assets. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Gift card trading and exchange
• Cryptocurrency exchange
• Digital asset management
• Payment processing services
• Airtime and data purchases

Rates for our services are determined by market conditions and may fluctuate. We reserve the right to adjust rates without prior notice.

We make no guarantees regarding the availability of specific gift cards or digital assets at any given time.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using our Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures or authentication mechanisms of our Service
• Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading information
• Trading stolen or fraudulently obtained gift cards or digital assets
• Engaging in money laundering activities
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent trading limits or other restrictions
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our Service
• Using automated systems or software to extract data from our Service (scraping)

Violation of these prohibitions may result in termination of your account, forfeiture of assets in your account, and potential legal action.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rumbit Ventures and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Nigeria and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Rumbit Ventures.

You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or visual design elements or concepts without express written permission from Rumbit Ventures.

By using our Service, you agree to pay all fees associated with the transactions you conduct. Payment must be made in the manner specified for each transaction.

We may change our fees at any time by posting the changes on the Service or by notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

All transactions are final once completed. You are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming.

In the event of a payment dispute, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your financial institution.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud or a violation of these Terms.

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations, we may require you to provide identification documents and personal information to verify your identity.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the verification process. Failure to do so may result in service limitations or account termination.

We reserve the right to conduct ongoing monitoring of accounts and transactions and to request additional verification information at any time.

We may report suspicious activities to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities as required by applicable laws and regulations.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to withhold funds or assets in your account pending investigation if we suspect fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms.

In no event shall Rumbit Ventures, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Market fluctuations or rate changes
• Delayed or failed transactions due to network or technical issues
• Loss of digital assets due to user error or negligence

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not allowed, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Rumbit Ventures, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

Trading and investing in digital assets involve risk. You should only trade or invest funds that you can afford to lose. We do not provide investment advice, and any content on our Service should not be considered financial advice.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the rules of the Lagos Court of Arbitration.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
