  5. Await our decision, which will be communicated within 5-7 business days after our thorough investigation

Note: Incomplete refund requests or those missing required documentation will be automatically rejected.

5. Verification Requirements

All refund requests must be accompanied by the following verification documentation:

  • Transaction Evidence: Screenshots or transaction receipts showing the exact details of the transaction in question
  • Payment Proof: Bank statement or payment provider statement showing the debit from your account

Critical Notice: Once a gift card has been redeemed, a cryptocurrency transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain, or a telecom service has been delivered, the transaction is absolutely final and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.

  • Refund Request Submission: All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction. Requests submitted after this timeframe will be automatically rejected.

  • Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved.
